Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the RealPrazo platform ("Platform", "Service"), operated by GCF TECH LTDA, CNPJ 66.201.735/0001-91 ("RealPrazo", "we"), you ("User", "Customer") fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service description

RealPrazo is a B2B SaaS platform for task and deadline management, with features for importing tasks, automated reminder cycles, periodic PDF reports, WhatsApp updates, and a monitoring dashboard for team leaders.

3. Account registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • Information provided must be truthful, complete and up-to-date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • Report any unauthorized use immediately to contato@realprazo.com.br.

4. Plans and payments

  • RealPrazo offers monthly plans (Free, Individual, Business Basic, Business Pro).
  • Payments are processed by Asaas (Brazilian payment provider) via Pix or credit card.
  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle.
  • Plan changes generate prorated charges or credits.
  • Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended after 7 days of collection attempts.

5. Cancellation and refund

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Account area.
  • Cancellation stops billing at the next cycle; no additional charges apply.
  • Under Brazilian consumer law, the right of withdrawal is guaranteed within 7 days after purchase.
  • After 7 days, no refund for the period already used; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid cycle.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent or rights-infringing activities.
  • Send messages to recipients who have not given prior consent (opt-in).
  • Send spam, phishing, malware or harmful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or derive source code.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.

7. WhatsApp usage

RealPrazo uses the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API (operated by Meta Platforms Inc.) exclusively for utility messages. You commit to:

  • Obtain prior explicit consent from recipients before any message.
  • Respect opt-out requests (keyword "SAIR").
  • Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy.
  • Comply with message category guidelines (utility, authentication).

7.1 What the Platform sends

RealPrazo sends only utility messages — task update reminders, status confirmations, periodic reports and replies to commands initiated by the recipient. No marketing, promotions or non-transactional communication.

7.2 Frequency control

The Platform applies automatic anti-spam limits per recipient and per project, with a minimum interval between sends. When the same recipient participates in multiple projects, cycle messages are consolidated into a single send, reducing the perceived frequency.

7.3 Sending window

Automatic cycles fire within business hours (typically 08:00 and 18:00 Brazil time). Commands requested directly by the recipient or by the customer are responded to at the moment of the request.

7.4 Bidirectional interaction and opt-out

Recipients may, at any time via WhatsApp:

  • Request the current status of their tasks.
  • Request the PDF report.
  • Enable or disable complementary email notifications.
  • Perform immediate opt-out by sending the keyword "SAIR", permanently stopping all messages to that recipient.

7.5 Quality and automatic suspension

The Platform respects Meta quality-rating indicators. If the rate of complaints, reports or opt-outs exceeds safe limits, sending is automatically suspended until the root cause is analyzed and addressed.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the Platform — trademarks, logos, source code, design and documentation — are exclusive property of GCF TECH LTDA or its licensors. Use of the Platform grants no intellectual-property rights.

You retain all rights over data you input into the Platform (projects, tasks, collaborator information). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
  • We are not responsible for third-party provider outages (Meta/WhatsApp, Asaas, Vercel, Supabase) or user network issues.
  • Our liability is capped at the amount effectively paid by the User in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event.
  • We are not responsible for commercial, managerial or operational decisions taken by the User based on Platform reports or data.

10. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law or third-party policies (such as the WhatsApp Business Policy), with prior notice whenever possible.

11. Privacy

Processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or on the Platform at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The Court of the District of Vitória/ES, Brazil is elected to resolve any disputes, with waiver of any other.
